Welcome to KMPfilms or KMP for short. KMP Films is an indie film company based in the U.S. We tend to make comedy and action movies but are capable of any kind. • 8-30-08, New site and videos!
  Brand new site everone. Some new videos too. We been doing some more work and we will have new stuff coming all the time. Also keep and eye out for our demo reel sometime soon.



• 6-20-08, Holy crap!
  I just learned a valuble lesson about filmmaking but to learn it I had to have a near heart attack experience. ALWAYS LABEL TAPES! I'm working on this mammoth sized project with about 3 hours of footage, so I have about 3 tapes to import. While shooting the project I didn't label the tapes. To make a long story short, when I was reviewing the footage on the tapes I thought I was missing some video. Keep in mind that it would be impossible to go back and get this footage again. After reviewing the whole 3 hours of video and checking a log sheet many times I finally found all of the footage and then quickly labeled my tapes. So lesson learned. Labeling tapes is a very good thing.

  Yes! We entered 2 movies into the film festival and got 3rd and 4th place.

  yeah, we entered in a local film festival. We are still in the editing stage. We'll put it up when we are finished. I hope we win. Cross your fingers for us!
